At GlowVeda, we strive to deliver high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Products returned after 48 hours

  • Change of mind or personal preference


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Our team will verify your request within 24–48 hours.


3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued via:

    • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)

    • Bank transfer / UPI (for COD orders)


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The product has been used or tampered with

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

  • Delivery failed due to customer unavailability


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or missing item:

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos for verification
